Mac Powell of Third Day is releasing his first solo project August 21! The album is of course Country. :) He allowed his first single for download on ITunes via twitter. The song is titled "June Bug". Mac Powell stresses that he will continue with Third Day. The band is actually coming out with a new new album next year. Mac Powell describes this album like this: " There have been so many times in the past that I had a song idea that really didn't fit lyrically or musically with Third Day," Powell wrote on his blog. "I filed those songs away to the 'maybe someday' category. Well, that time is now."
