    (I feel like the older I get, the more posts I have do like this one.)    Kristen May has left Flyleaf. She was the replacement lead vocalist for Lacey Sturm, n é e Mosely. Now, Flyleaf finds themselves in the same predicament that they experienced back in 2012. Kristen May decided to make the change in order to spend more time with her son. This is, of course, completely understandable and a well thought out reason on her part. The only question that remains, though, is will Flyleaf replace May or will they call it quits?    Christina Grimmie was a talented, hardworking singer. At the young age of 22, she had achieved great things. In 2014, Grimmie had received third place on the singing competition The Voice. Her YouTube channel had over 3 million subscribers. Christina Grimmie was on her way to great thigns. This all changed too fast, though. She was shot at a meet and greet in Orlando, Florida this past Friday, June 10. She later died in the hospital. The killer was 27 year old Kevin James Loibl. Loibl shot and killed himself just after shooting Grimmie. At this point, his motives are unclear.    Many musicians and celebrities have shared their condolences concerning Christina Grimmie's passing. Meghan Trainor, Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber, Shane Dawson, and many more have poured their hearts out for the singer. Christina Grimmie, 1994-2016. We miss you! Hello, I have found some interesting news......Stryper is having a new tour! It is called the Fallen tour and it hits towns and cities this Spring! For those of you too young to remember, Stryper is a glam Christian metal band who formed in 1983. They had broken up in 1993 but back together in 2003 and are still going. The first show is April 15 in Osaka, Japan. You can check out all the tour dates by clicking HERE . Hello, All, This is a bit of a rant post. I wanted to put this off for a while, but I feel that I can no longer hide this issue in the back of my mind. About a week ago, the Newsboys official Twitter account posted an image of lead guitarist Jody Davis playing guitar onstage. On the image, it said "Terry Naughton, All Rights Reserved." The image also had the caption "Newsboys: New Single 'Guilty.'" When I saw the image, I was amused because it looked very similar to a photograph that I had taken at Winter Jam a few years ago. I pulled up my image on my Flickr page to show my younger sister the similarities between the images. Well, it was I who was in for a 'treat.' They were the SAME image. I noticed that in the image that the Newsboys posted had some slight differences than my photo, but that these slight differences were the product of some bad photoshop. The Official Wedding Photo Hello, I swear not all my posts are going to be about marriage and engagements, but come on! When did everyone in the music industry grow up? It seems like just yesterday like Colton Dixon became a rising star. Well, it seems that on Friday he married the lovely Annie Coggeshall. I applaud them as well, but man: Where does the time go?    Recently, Jordan Smith has been having a bunch of amazing accomplishments--things that will go down in history forever. Well, as of January 2, Smith has someone to share that history with. Smith proposed to his girlfriend Kristen Denny. Denny was with Smith through all his hardships. She helped him through the Voice and now it is time for her to join him on the harder path that is marriage. I wish them the best of luck!
